Refund policy

We believe in delivering the best quality services to our clients and to us the consumer loyalty is a significant deal. There can be some odd chances when you are not happy with your purchase of services with us and ask for the refund of the service. Have faith in us, we do not compel you to change your decisions.

Details required for the refund:

  • The company will refund your purchase within 25 days. Simply fill the online application form for the refund initiation process. Specify a valid reason for the refund of the product.
  • In case if you are not satisfied with our administration, then you can simply withdraw the purchase within 15 days of the procurement date.
  • The discounts will be refunded back in the same fashion as they were offered in the season of membership.
  • If the purchase has been made with the MasterCard or debit card, we require 7-8 days to credit the amount back into your account provided.
  • In case if the payment is made in the form of cheque, then the refund cheque will be provided within 10 business days.
  • 100 percent refund is guaranteed only when the issue is accounted in the 24 hours or otherwise it remains uncertain.
